Halloween is by far one of our favorite holidays. CSE has had the pleasure of designing several amazing Halloween parties in the past and cannot wait for many more in the future. Why? Well, why not? Now, as event designers, there are times when we're somewhat limited depending on a client's budget constraints.
It is at those times, that we are at our most creative because we are challenged to be as resourceful as we can be. You know....."Necessity is the mother of invention"...and all that. What if we had an unlimited budget to design and coordinate the most amazing Halloween party?
